We all need somewhere to hear ourselves again.
Our world is loud. It can feel crowded and overwhelming. We don’t need more noise. We need more room.
At the moments we feel most broken or desperate, plenty of voices are ready to tell us who to be, what to believe, or what will heal us. The Room does not do that.
Here, yoga, sound, conversation, and gathering are simply ways of making space for stillness and attention. Nothing here promises to heal you or tell you who to become. The Room is here to hold the conditions for you to notice what is already there.
What rises in that stillness—and what happens between you and God—is yours.
A NOTE FROM LACEY K. KELLY, LCSW
LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPIST | YOGA THERAPIST | MEDITATION TEACHER | SOUND PRACTITIONER
The Verde Valley has always been a place I return to.
Whenever I have needed a little magic in my life—or just a reset—I have driven north. I would stop in Sedona, spend a few hours by the creek, then make my way over to Jerome and sit up on the hill.
Jerome has always held a special place in my heart. It is where I slow down, look out, and remember not to take life—or myself—quite so seriously. The Verde Valley as a whole has been a place of return for me: a place to breathe, come back to myself, and begin again.
I am truly excited to bring The Room here. My hope is to keep the cost low, the offerings relevant, and the room open to people who want a little more space in their lives. There will be yoga, sound, conversation, stillness, and gatherings—but not a flood of instructions about how or what you should think, feel, or believe.
My deepest hope is simply to create the conditions for you to hear your own voice and be in conversation with God in whatever way is yours. That part is none of my business.
I hope to see you there,
Lacey

Brooke Lynn Foiles
-
Brooke was raised on the Oregon coast, but has spent the last few years traveling around, living in various places, such as Montana, Utah, and now, Arizona. She loves to hike, make anything she can from scratch(from food to wellness products), and spend time with family and friends.
She has been practicing yoga for over half of her life, and finally decided to take the leap to become a yoga instructor the beginning of 2026. Brooke loves Arizona, the endless sunshine, the beautiful sunsets, and all the fun desert animals and reptiles she comes across on her hikes!
Her favorite part about teaching yoga is the connections she makes with people. She fully believes she learns as much, if not more, from her students than they learn from her. Her goal is to make you feel welcome and at home in all of her classes! Brooke is excited to meet you!
